Training alone means you can practice bad habits for months without realizing it. We catch those issues early.

Course structure

Each program runs for 12 weeks with two training sessions per week. You'll work through 6 main skills and 18-24 supporting drills. Lessons are 20-35 minutes with video demonstrations and written cues.

Submit form check videos or questions anytime. Coaches review submissions Monday through Friday and respond within 48 hours with specific feedback or corrections.

Progress benchmarks

Every 4 weeks you'll complete a skills assessment to see where you stand. If you're not hitting the benchmarks, coaches adjust your training focus before moving forward.
